Privacy policy

What I collect

• Information you give me: your name, email, phone number, company and the details you write in forms (contact, booking, course enrolment, the Shopify program, booklet requests, the newsletter and the skills test).
• Bookings: the service, date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
• Payments: when you pay for a session, course, membership, invoice or the skills test, payment is handled by Stripe. I receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and your email, but never your full card number.
• Skills test: your answers, score, level and the written analysis of your results.
• Account sign-in: when you sign in to the members area, I store a session so you stay signed in. There are no passwords; you sign in with a link sent to your email.
• Website usage: a privacy-friendly visit counter records which pages are viewed, the referring site and the device type. It uses no cookies and no advertising trackers, and visitors are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day.

How I use it

• To reply to you, deliver the service, course, booklet or test you asked for, and send related emails (confirmations, reminders, results, receipts).
• To manage bookings in my calendar and create the video-call link for your session.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and services are useful and improve the site.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising profiles.

Services I use to run the site

• Hosting and database: DigitalOcean.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Email: Zoho Mail and an email delivery service (Resend or SMTP) to send confirmations and the newsletter.
• Calendar: Google Calendar and Google Meet, for confirmed bookings. Google sends you the calendar invitation.
• AI: the site's assistant and the written skills-test analysis are generated with Anthropic's Claude. Only the information needed for the answer is sent (for example, your test scores and the questions you missed, not your payment details).
• LinkedIn: I can publish posts from my website dashboard to my own LinkedIn profile. This connection uses only my own LinkedIn account; the site does not ask visitors to sign in with LinkedIn and does not collect any visitor's LinkedIn data.
• Each provider processes data on my behalf and under its own privacy and security terms.

How long I keep it

• Messages, bookings, course and test records are kept while they are useful for our work together, and payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Website visit data is kept in anonymous form only.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask me to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop using it for a purpose such as the newsletter. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within 30 days.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every email.
• Your skills-test certificate is public at its own link so others can verify it. Ask me if you want it removed.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the dashboard is limited to me, account connections such as Google and LinkedIn are stored encrypted, and card details are handled only by Stripe.

Children

This site and its services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
