Terms of service

What the site offers

• Information about my consulting services, free and paid calls, courses, a members library, a newsletter, free booklets and a paid digital marketing skills test.
• Larger projects (media buying, store launches, operations, training for teams) are agreed separately with a proposal or contract. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Bookings

• Free discovery calls are confirmed straight away. Paid sessions (strategy session, store & ads audit) are held for 30 minutes while you pay and confirmed once payment goes through.
• You can reschedule from the link in your confirmation email, up to the notice time shown on the booking page. Free calls can also be cancelled from that link. To cancel a paid session, email me.
• If I need to move a session, I'll offer you a new time; if none suits you, I'll refund that session in full.
• Calls take place on Google Meet. Please join on time; if you don't attend and didn't reschedule, the session counts as delivered.

Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and you receive a receipt by email.
• Paid sessions: a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session; no refund after the session has taken place.
• Courses: a full refund before a live course starts or before you open the first lesson of a self-paced course; after that, no refund.
• Skills test: no refund once the test has been started, because the questions and your report are delivered immediately.
• Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the members area; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and past periods are not refunded.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, email me and I'll look into it.

Skills test and certificates

• Each payment covers one attempt. Please answer on your own, without help or looking answers up, so the result is meaningful.
• Your score, report and certificate show your result on this test only. The certificate is not an academic qualification or a professional licence, and the written analysis is educational advice.
• Certificates are public at their own link so others can verify them. I may withdraw a certificate if a test was clearly not taken honestly.

Courses, library and booklets

• Courses, lessons, library guides, PDFs and booklets are for your personal or internal business use. Please don't resell, republish or share your access or the files publicly.
• Live course dates and seats are shown on each course page. If I have to cancel a live course, you'll get a full refund or a place in the next one, as you prefer.
• Course and library access is personal and may not be shared with others.

No guaranteed results

• I share advice, strategies and training based on my experience, but results depend on many things outside my control (your product, market, budget, team and the ad platforms). I don't guarantee specific sales, rankings, returns or job outcomes.
• The AI assistant on the site gives general information only. It may be wrong, and it isn't a substitute for a call with me.

Using the site

• Please don't misuse the site: no spam or false information in forms, no attempts to access other people's accounts or the dashboard, and no automated scraping.
• Sign-in is by a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you.
• I may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Content and trademarks

The text, lessons, tests, designs and materials on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. Brand names and logos of clients and platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify and Salla) belong to their owners and are shown for reference.

Liability

• The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or ad spend, and my total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Privacy

How I handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

• I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms in force when you paid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We'll try to resolve any disagreement directly first.
